my 2004 came with red carpeting, and he swapped it for black - it was 200 or 300 bucks.

blue shift boot ... $35. and the inserts ... ya know, i don't have a price on that, but the prices i put above include them when you do the seats.

just fly to Japan, hold the owner of Honda hostage until he forces Honda USA to give us all of the color options.
