Default Speed bumps

Don't you guys hate when there are those big speed bump in that one shopping center that you have to either got .2 mph or you with smash right onto it after you go over with your front wheels. I have this place about 2 miles from my house and after going over once i try to aviod it at all costs. I'm not even slammed just about 3 finger, share your experiences.

I'm at 1.5 fingers and speed bumps are a no-go. And I just bought a front splitter.

Well thats what speed bumps are for man. I have huge speed bumps where I live, and i'm lowered about an inch and don't have any problems with them. Just gotta deal with it.

yea speed bumps r a pain in the ass, they r on every floor at my works garage so at least 4 before i find a parking spot and at any speed it feels like the whole car is coming apart. at a buddy of mines street they have petitioned to remove the speed bumps and added white traffic cones so people have to slow down and maneuver around them. i think its a much better alternative when you have to slow down to make sure you don't bump one rather than abusing your suspension on the speed bumps

If you go over them at an angle you are descending them at a lesser angle which usually prevents scraping.

I just drive around the speed bumps in parking lots.

Besides, traffic cones instead of speed bumps would turn that section of road into an interesting twisty.

Speed bumps are to keep traffic slow, not make it stop - too many speed bumps are poorly designed by rednecks that drive 4x4s, meaning there are actual places I can't drive because there's effectively a curb in the middle of the road.

I much prefer speed humps - those wider things that allow you to drive 20 mph or so without breaking anything.
