Default Spinnin tires in between shifts?

I have had my s2000 for about 3 weeks now and pretty much have the hang of driving it. I have redlined a few times and shifted and it just went into the next gear without any tire screeching or anything. But the other night I pulled up to another s2000 and he reved up and the light turned green and he obviously redlined and when he shifted his tires spun through second and third gear. This being my first car I don't have alot of experience with racing and was wondering how I can get my tires to spin in between shifts. thanks

You really don't want to do this unless you're showboating or you want to tear your car apart, but its a simple matter of lots of gas and popping the clutch.

I can on a good day, squeek my tires from 1-2 when shifting almost at the fuel cutoff. (P.S.Many dont know that the tach will blink three times just before the rev limiter kicks in.) No way to spin tires in any gear without clutch abuse.

Some of the S2000's are running much more hp with superchargers and turbochargers thus the difference. As mentioned above it will limit the life of the drive train.

Bad tyres could also be a factor.

I can burn rubber through all first 3 gears w/o any trouble. I think it just has to do w/ knowing how to drive and the asphalt conditions. BTW I have a very hard aftermarket clutch so I'm not abusing some aftermarket clutch.

used tires + not letting the revs drop between shifts...i'd imagine this is no good for the clutch and synchros though

It's hard to "chirp" tires between shifts because we have kickass Bridgestone Potenzas!
