Come on with $5,000, they better throw in the wing.
doubtful... the mugen HT is 5k and not dry, and the Amuse is 6k and it is dry, but OEM in design... soooo, using these as guidelines, expect to pay another grand for a wing on the back.... IMO, 5k for a dry hardtop is damn cheap in comparison to the other options, especially when you look at the design and how much material is being utilized... As for the stroker, my only concern is that it may in fact be OEM F22c internals... In which case, they could theoretically be purchased much cheaper... I'm waiting for final specs on the stroker before I really consider my order final on that puppy...

According the info from Spoon, this hardtop will be priced at around $5000USD and it is made out of Dry carbon. The HT will comes with all the mounting hardware and neccessary seals. I am not too sure about the wing if Spoon goping to include it or not.

I will post updates when I find out more about it.
$5000 sounds too low. Are you sure that's not the shipping price?

First, it was the Mugen CF hardtop. Now this. A new definition for "baller". While I like hardtops, this teardrop shape isn't appealing to me all that much. If I wanted a 240Z, I would go out and buy one.

Almost looks like you get a wing and a spoiler.

Mooncraft HT looks good on a spoon s2000, not a daily driven s2000.

As for the 2.2, isnt it easier to buy a 04 motor?

Until the specifics out the kit are released, then no, not nessicarily... It may be easier to install, but the benefits provided by the spoon may be different than the f22c block itself. Namely you can still rev to 9k... Without specs, it's all speculation.
