I strongly agree with you Big Ben. I feel the same way. My car is a street car so I don't think i'm going to need race car mirrors. I'm not trying to start a flame war but before you put down $250 for mirror's, you should go outside and look at your stock mirrors and ask yourself, "How bad are they hindering the performance of my car?" and "Do I really want to throw away the car's attractive lines for a piece of glass wraped in cf with a metal post sticking out. Just my .02.

BTW, awesome looking shift knob.

The Spoon lenses are of the more expensive type that reduces glare.

And for those of you interested, contact A&J Racing, the N.American Spoon distributor, or PM AJ PwR.

The problem with the SPA mirrors is the base. If the base isn't designed to fit our car, then you're SOL unless you want to take them to a maching shop and have the bases custom cut. I was assuming that the spoon mirrors were avalible with a base for our car because of all the hype. If that's not the case, then the same mirror is avalible from APR with a universal base for ~$185.

I should have pics of the new Speed CF mirrors. If there is enough interest, I can see about a GB.

Speed is a sister company to Spoon. They have developed CF mirrors also. I will post pics soon.
