Spoon Order Gone Missing
For canada post International Parcel, you will only get deliver confirm. they will update the page after they deliver the good to you.
You should give it a little more time i guess,
Here is the quote from Canada post website :
"There are no published delivery standards for Surface Parcel service; however there is a service expectation of 4-6 weeks to most international destinations."

A-J guys are very busy every day, they probably missed your email since they get about 200 emails every morning.

I have used it a few times, the International Parcel from Canada post don't have tracking service, only deliver confirm, they will not update the page after they deliver the product.
On Canada Post website, it clear stated it will take 4-6 weeks to most places in the world. So, i think give it a little more time, the exhaust will arrive. Maybe it just got stuck at the custom for inspections.

dont know if it matters, but the truckers here in vancouver are on strike.
That would also cause all the ports to be a mess.

Considering you've been on the board for 25 days, I think that is a very bold statement to make. AJ-R is very reputable and they are definitely a good company. I promise that everything will get worked out in this situation. For whatever reason, packages often don't show progress when being tracked. I never understood it. As far as them not returning your e-mails, I have no comment about that. They are in the office usually 9 or 10 am until late at night PST. I will give Ben at AJ-R a call today to make sure that he is aware of the situation. I wouldnt sweat it too much. Everything will turn out fine.

Hi People
Right, I live in New Zealand and via my company I bought a Spoon muffler off a very reputable supplier in Northern America.
This was 5 weeks ago.
I was given a tracking number with the national Post service but that hasn't been updated since the second day after paying for the goods. It still says "entered into plant for sortation". There's no indication what it was, where it is or what is happening according to the web site. I've tried to contact the post service in the last few days but being half a world away I suspect my enquiry is on the back burner.
My numerous attempts over the last 2 weeks to contact said dealer has left me with 0 replies. I am now starting to wonder where this item is - if at all.
The company I believe posts / visits here quite often.
Running a similar company here in New Zealand myself, I know for a fact that it does not take 2 weeks to return emails and phone calls regarding this sort of issue. I don't wish to defame this business as something completely legitimate could have gone wrong but what I'd like is someone who knows the business owners to call on my behalf to ask what is going on and / or to get them to contact me back.
The product ordered was a Spoon EK9 Muffler N1, Canadian Post tracking number is CL 005 612 605 CA
The dealer was AJ Racing.
The order was placed for either "Michael Clarke" or "Fortyone Automotive".
Once again I am trying to be as constructive as possible and in return I'd hope that someone closer to AJ could help me out. At first I had spoken to Justin and secondly Diskson took care of the order, receiving payment and shipping the item.
Perhaps directing them to this thread may prove most helpful.
So, I hope someone can help me out.

We received the order from Mac @ Fortyone Automotive in June and payment was received on June 14th. Mac requested the cheapest & slowest method and he said his customer is willing to wait for 6-8 weeks for delivery so we ended up using Canadapost. The part was being shipped on the same day when we received the payment. Since this is the cheapest method and Canadapost doesn't offer tracking by using this service.
Our company's policy is, we have to receive the payment before we can get the orders sent out so if there's any delay, you have to deal with Mac about it.
Anyways, I have called Canadapost today and they are not able to locate the part because we used the cheapest service. If you don't receive your parts by August 14th then we are able to file a claim on that.
If you have other questions regarding this, please PM or email me.
They would have missed many of my emails then!
Sorry for my bad engrish

Thanks
Ben
