Default Spoon S2K Racer!!!!!!

Spoon sports was testing their S2K Racer last week.
This has to be the coolest looking S2000 Racer with the nice paint and all.
enjoy!

The gang from the "Ultimate Japan Trip" (had a chat with Gregg, John)was there at the pits,,,I was there also. For all of you who couldn't get the details of the car, enjoy the pics.

cheers,

great pics.

notice the JDM's have the parking brake on the other side like ours is on our other side? I'd prefer this much better - similiar to a miata, where its right there. but then again, I use the parking brake much more than most for various reasons. =)

Cool brakes!!!

Also I assume that is 2 inlets for gas?! Plus they left the stock air box but though took out the factory air guide! Can that be true?!

Beautiful! I just fell in love all over again. I didn't realize we had a car in 24hr enduro racing. Maybe there's hope yet for me driving one at Rolex24

Elnetti- Thanks for posting updates to that site all the time. I always forget to check for new articles.

So what is the approximate cost to get a car built into that kind of condition? Just a curiosity...

Do it yourself and then you'll only have to worry about the cost of parts!

I don't think it'd be prohibitive.

I know the Stack cluster itself is about $1500US. Whole car is probably $20k.

I have no idea what the price of the race car is,,,,
but Considering that Spoon is selling their used S2000 racers from around 50,000usd~, the new one should cost 100,000usd?????

I don't know. what do you guys think a race car like this would cost?
