Default Spoon Ti Shift Knob Owners...

Hello everybody. My Spoon titanium shift knob has broken at the welds on the bottom like almost everyone else's has. I understand they are warrentied. But, I bought mine on Ebay from an apparently non-authorized dealer who is no longer on Ebay. Opak won't warranty it without a receipt. Can someone please lend me a receipt so I can maybe say I bought it secondhand. Or can someone point me in the direction of a friendly dealer or distributer who may be sympathetic to my cause. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Funny Opak wont warranty it without a recipt. You would think they would be able to see it was an Authentic piece and they know the first batch was breaking like that. Just step up the the plate and replace it. Oh well i live real close to Opak and there a joke.

Mark at Opak was really friendly and very helpful. That's just their policy I guess. I'm sure there are contractural agreements with Spoon involved. I'm sure also their distributers are contracturally forbidden to sell on Ebay. I wish they would make an exception, but I guess if they did it for me, they would have to do it all the time.
