Yeah, there's something about that blue Spoon car that is very attractive. I think it's the deep rich blue color and the offset of the wheels making it look wide and low. Absolutely no way we can get that color in the States huh?

Which one do u supposed would look better? Sebring silver with spoon wheels or Black S2000 with spoon wheels?

Take care,
Jimmy

Which one do you think looks better? Silver car with spoon wheels or Black car with spoon wheels?
I think Silver looks way better for the Spoon rims than Black or SpaYellow. On Black, the matte black color of the SW388 kinda contrasts too much with the shiny Berlinetta Black of the S2K...

I agree completely with TonyMack!! I came so close to buying the SW388 for my SpaYellow, but decided not too based on the picture that you're looking at and also seeing the car in person. I'm sure it'll look a lot better if it was lowered, but it still doesn't look "right" to me on SpaYellow... jmho ya know...

But I have seen Mingster's Silver w/SW388 in person and I've also seen Prolene's Red S2K w/SW388 in person and they both look great on those colors!!

Now why in the hell didn't Honda bring that Monte Carlo Blue color to the US?!?!

thanks Mas for helping out with the answers!

i miss those wheels for 2 reasons:

1. they look good - don't matter what my wife says, i thought they looked great.
2. they made the car handle different (better, IMO) - the offset was such that the car became a different animal. i have a certain route i take on a daily basis, and i know exactly how fast i can take those corners, but with the SW388s (same tires) i was able to take the corner much faster than ever before without fish-tailing.

i still miss those wheels...i hope the new owner is taking good care of them

EsuNissen,

Thank you very much for the pics... they look great!!
Now, only if i get to see white with spoons...

Do they come with polish lips??

Mingster,
Are spoon wheels come with correct offset and size (how wide?) for S2000 such that
I will just use the stock tires?? I've heard they only come in 16 inches.. ?

I was under the impression that originally Spoon front wheels were built +35 then they changed to +45 with later production. Can anyone confirm this? Does anyone with spoons have the center caps? What do they look like?
