Check out this month's Sport Compact it has Ben's old yellow supercharged s2k. Pretty nice, too bad that car has been used and abused.

 

I think you are referring to greg's old red s2000, colored custom yellow by larry at bodywerks in chicago. right?

 

the yellow S by larry at bodywerks is in super street. i'm not sure if that's what he meant or not but i'll check out the latest sport compact for any S2000s.

I have both SCC and Superstreet and didn't see any S2K's in them (not counting the ads) What page???? Maybe I missed it.

 

In the october issue of SCC there will be a silver s2000 that belongs to dave pk

 

Nope its right here guys. August Issue of Sport Compact Car. It's Ben's old car from here in miami, pages 102-105. Its the yellow one with yellow HRE's and custom intercooled comptech supercharger. It was for sale on here a while back.

 

oh hmmm i haven't seen the new compact car yet. maybe i'll go out and get it tonite. thanks for the info.

Oh that is my malfunction...Aug issue. I didn't know it was out....Must be subscriber ehh. I went through my July issue 4 times trying to find it and came to the conclusion somebody took that out of mine in some sort of sick little joke

 

Yeah just got it in the mail today.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't see any 1/4 mile times or 0-60 times. I know that this car's forte isn't on the drag strip, but it would still be nice to see what that car's setup can do on the straights. Especially after the guy said that he doesn't want to stop until he has the fastest S2000 on the road (correct?).

PS - You'll have to pardon me on this one. My first love is at the drags! If they were more reliable, I would've bought either a GNX, Typhoon or Cyclone to add to my stable. Unfortunately, I just don't have the time or the patience to maintain those older cars.
