Default Spring Suggestions

Hello,

Looking to get a set of springs for the S. Car has 25k on it and was looking at various springs to run on stock shocks for now.

This is the info I have gathered so far:

Eibach Pro-Kit Fr: 262(4.67) - Rr: 342(6.1)

Espelir Active Super Down Fr: 313.6(5.5) - Rr: 392(7.0)

KG/mm Sport: Fr: 398(7.1) - Rr: 448(8.0)

KG/mm Race FR: 498(8.9) - Rr: 549(9.8)

Neuspeed: Fr: 280(5.0) - Rr: 215(3.8)

Spoon Sports Progressive Springs
Fr: 263(4.7) - Rr: 386(6.9)

Swift Sport
Fr: 258(4.6) - Rr: 336(6.0)

Tanabe GF210
Fr: 283(5.0) - Rr: 378(6.75)

Tein S-Tech:
Fr: 297(5.3) - Rr: 364(6.5)

Any suggestions based on experience? what seems to work best with stock shocks?

Thanks

I have Kg/mm Super Sports( 398/448),with Koni Yellow.
Obviously,I did not try all the springs in your list,so I can only speak for the ones I have.
Drop is about 0.65" for the springs,+0,5 for the Koni on lower perch.=1.15" total.
Those are stiff springs,if you look at the numbers, but they are progressively wonded;meaning, the firsts coils are softer,(for small street bumps)and they get quite a bit stiffer, for serious driving(auto-X,road course,or canyon carving.)
Comfortable, for everyday driving, with Koni full firm in the back, and halfway in the front.

I wonder how the KGm's would work with stock shocks, I was planning on doing shocks later.

Drove with stock shocks for a while, and was ok;only lacking the adjutability of the Koni.

I just installed the Tanabe's on stock shocks a week ago. They're still settling in so it's hard to comment on them too much. So far I can't tell any real difference in the ride. Also, after a week of settling, the drop seems to be very modest. If this thread is still active in a couple weeks i'll post my impressions after they're fully settled.
