Default Spugen Dual Ovals, any experiences????

Does anyone have these exhausts? how is the sound? how's the sound in VTEC? Can you still get a nice Sound set up and be able to enjoy it? Thanks

1- yes I have it, and so do a lot of other people.

2- sound is fantastic with droning at lower rpm, from 5000 rpm on it is simply fantastic.

3- see above

4- I would think so, I have stock radio with rear speakers added, and I get along just fine. (screw the radio, the exhaust will be the music of choice from now on )

hmm ok, can you tell me what aftermarket exhaust don't drone at all in the lower rpm band for the s2k?

(not being a smarta$$, just curious why you think it "sucks")

I have driven in a S with spugen dual that was a prototype of some sorts and it doesn't drone one bit! How bad does this spugen dual oval drone? As bad as the invidia?

This might help - check out http://chrisoakes.com/cartek.html

Click on the movie clip - it is a dyno run by Fyrestrike (s2ki member). He has the Spugen dual ovals, and you can hear them run through VTEC.

Most aftermarkets exhausts drone a little. This exhaust sounds awesome VTEC WOT. Spugen is the way to go.
