The squeek is coming from your seatbelt rubbing on the leather over your shoulder.
is there a fix for this seatbelt rubbing issue?
There is a TSB 03-023 for the latch squeek. Its called "convertable top creeks". Find it here and read it: TSB LINK
I performed all but the disassembly of the latch...been meaning to do that. Shin-Etsu grease is awesome too.

Could be either the seat or the seatbelt issue.
If it's the seat....adjust accordingly. If you have to have it all the way back....just put something like felt to avoid it from rubbing plastic to plastic.
If it's the seatbelt rubbing the seat leather.... then do the same thing.

There are 2 sqeaks that can happen. One is the seat rubbing on the back and one is the seatbelt rubbing.
To fix the seat belt squeak simply fasten it.
Of course that means you'll have to remember to unfasten it before someone can sit in it. My wife hates it when I forget until after she is sitting in the seat.
The fix for the other squeak is to change the seat position. I typically change the recline angle one click and that takes the seat out of contact with the bulkhead & plastic surround.

My passengers seat always used to make noise. If it wasn't all the way back, it would rattle over bumps. If it was all the way back and against the rear panel it would squeek. I solved it by removing the cargo net hooks from the rear panels, sliding the seat all the way back and reclining until it stays in constant contact with some pressure. Voila, no more rattle, squeek or indentations in the back of the seat from the hooks.
I don't think you are talking about the seatbelt squeek from the original post, but the velcro trick under the seatbelt has worked for me for years.

If your seat is physically all the way back its probably rubbing against the wall there and squeeking. Thats exactly what mine does.. when all the way back, its in between two clicks on the adjustment level. You need to push it all the way back, then bring it foward until you hear the click.. then it won't rub.
