Default SS brake lines and What Brake Fluid?

Are stainless steel brake lines worth it for day-to-day spirited driving and maybe a track day a few times a year (if Im lucky)?

Also, what are some good choices for brake fluid?

Yes!

ATE Superblue

I'd suggest installing speedbleeders while changing out the lines.

fluid: Motul rbf600, 500ml container, i used up about 80%
replace the pads with something aggressive but compatable with the street
cobaltfriction.com
install the speedbleeders

brake lines:
oem lines are functional, on a sportbike you will feel the difference, on the s2000 i would say average --joe (me), no dif. as anything the lines wear and or the ss lines are not expensive. conisder having some flare nut wrenches for your project, my rear bulkhead couplings were frozen. you will also need the rear brake adj cube thingy. tho on a honda, possible to imporvise.

while you are in the general area:
plan out possible replacement lowering via new coilovers. you will need to remove the upper control arm at the bulkhead + fastners top & bottom of the coilover. for the back more or less same thing but look in the trunk drivers side. the fuel lines are in the way. not difficult to get at the fastners (top) but if the coilover dampning adj knob is large bulky it will not fit, plan for this. re align necessary if you lower 1", 1.5". your floor jack will no longer work. this process will change the handling, buy stuff that got good known results on the S2000.
