Has anyone in St. Louis had TSB 54 or 55 done? If so, at what dealership was the work done? And do you feel the car is better after the TSB work?

I just bought my S2000 a couple months ago, used. Have not heard of this. Is this a recall? Thanks and nice to meet another St.Louis S2000 owner.

I talked to my service rep at Stephen Vincel Honda about both of the TSBs. He said that 54 is a 2 day job because they have to take off the clutch plate (or something like that). It seemed like he knew right-away what need to be done, so it gives me the impression that he has done it before.

They are giving me a loaner car for the two days. I have not setup the appt yet. I am waiting for bad weather or when I will be out of town to do it. I will post back to this thread once I have it done.

Another question for St. Louis owners:
Who was the yellow S on 370 around 6:15pm this evening? How 'bout that rain shower out of no where!?! Good thing I able to go 80mph to stay dry! I noticed you had you top up.

If you find a good dealer let me know...

I have been thinking about trying Hueys. I have heard good things about the dealer ship west on Manchester.

Anyone up for a drive when the heat lets up a bit?

I think a drive would be great when it cools off a bit. Count me in anytime. Of course a brew at local pub might be a good idea, also...could plan a drive. Any takers?

Name a pub.

We need to start planning several weeks in advance to get as many participants as possible.

Well it's been almost a year, and I still have the same questions:
Has anyone in St. Louis had TSB 54 or 55 done? If so, at what dealership was the work done? And do you feel the car is better after the TSB work?

Thanks...
