Are the DDM bulbs brighter than the stock ones? Are they a lil bit more blue?

that all depends on the color you pick. on the right side of that page there's a drop down menu that shows the color tempurature of the bulbs. 4500k is about stock, 6000k is a white with a good bit of blue, the 12000k is very purple. hell, they're cheap enough that you could buy 2 or 3 sets and try them out if you didnt like a certain color.

this is a picture of thier 6000k bulbs with a 55w ballast (stock is 35w). the higher wattage tends to washout some of the color, so on a stock ballast these would be a bit bluer.
