Default stech springs?

is it good to get just s-tech springs? or will that mess up your car? how will it handle? how will it feel with the rest of the stock suspension?

i'm hearing from "honda mechanics" that it'll f*ck up the cars suspension, wont handle right, etc.

what can you guys tell me?

i have the s techs and they are fine. gets rid of alot of body roll and that ugly stock wheel gap. however, oversteer is alot easier to induce at the limit. and the ride to me feels the same as stock exept when you hit a pot hole or something very sudden. car feels much more stable at speed aswell.
