Default Steering/Alignment

Hi,
Just signed and first time I have posted on here so do forgive me if I have done anything wrong (I say that as I have seen some repost complaints etc) but to be honest dont know where to start.

Have owned my first S2000 for about 2 months now and have already had the obligatory spin in the wet! Nothing too bad but did end up having a bump with the nearest kerb....

Steering felt bad after that so had wheel alignment done....felt better but something still doesnt feel right.

For eg, when going round corners and turning the steering does feel quite light sometimes and almost as if im having to turn the steering wheel far too much to actually turn. From what I can remember the steering felt short and tight when I first got the car (or maybe I have just got used to it being different and its all in my head)!?

So was wondering if there was any test or check that can be done to at least check it.
Also does anybody know of any s2000 specialists in the west yorkshire area (leeds) as I really dont get on with my incompetent local dealer due to the attitude problem of the female receptionist there.

Thanks guys, any guide and etiquette for the site much appreciated!

Sorry I can't hep you out with your car problem but about the dealership...She's just a receptionist...Fawkin report her if gives you Sh*t. Or just ignore her and ask to speak to a manager or whoever is in charge. Good luck!!!

I would definitely have all of the front end components checked. You could have bent something slightly.

Good luck.

What caster settings did you get in the front after the alignment?

I did ask The dealer in question who said that they would advise a geo check. I said ok how much will that be and how long is it likely to take. The reply was......"
