You probably need to get your brakes looked at.

I 2nd the brakes, one side is grabbing way better than the other

plus you hit a curb and your alignment is jacked

I'm betting it's more your alignment than your brakes. Your car is pulling to the right as it is, and it's being exaggerated when you brake since weight is being transfered to your front. Your caster and toe are probably off.

Could be the road. It happens to me every morning on my way to work but its always at the same intersection. Its the road that's pulling your wheels to the right.

Most roads are cambered so the center line is higher than the sides so water will drain off and not pool so badly. That angle results in you car 'wanting' to pull slightly to the right. normal alignments are set to counter this effect, but coming to a stop with your hands off the wheel will sometimes casue the car to pull a bit. I wouldn't be too concerned as long as it brakes straight.

Check your tire pressure.

There would be your answer. Fix it before you need to replace rotors etc.

turning right when braking = brakes
drifting right when at speed = alignment or tire pressure.

You may also want to have the suspension checked out if you hit that curb at speed.
