I'm still waiting for my car from the shop, it needed to be repainted seeing that it started to bubble. They reasoning is because the previous paint shop did a poor job, and that there paint sisn't stick. So to make a lond story short there blaming the other shop and trying to nail me for an extra $800 to redo it.

Shouldn't they have been able to notice this in the first place that it was so poorly done and corrected it before painting. Or did they screw up and there trying to figure a way out of it and get some of there cost back for repainting.

Are you certain, so my suspicions are correct that should be able to notice the poor paint job before they went a head and painted the whole car.

 

They're trying to screw you hard If they knew what the hell they were doing, they would have prepped the surface properly prior to painting it. They can't blame the first shop. What idiots

 

I agree...they are acting like they know 100% and are the absolute authority, but if they really were, they would've told you in advance and made the appropriate preparations to accommodate and end up with a good result. I'd definitely put some pressure on them to fix THEIR mistake of not doing what they should've before painting.


By the way, the TV is AWESOME. Thanks again buddy! I'm out in Calgary now and it's perfect for the room it's in.

I'm glad you like the TV. Those A$$holes have had my car for a month now. They claim there really backed up and there's other cars ahead of mine, but a month. I'm going to lose it soon.
