I glued mine back on when it came off......should I not have done that.

will it ever come back off without messing up the paint?

You should just get Rick's clear markers. Its more of a reason now, too.

DarkSigma----it should-----safest way I know to do it would be to take some strong dental floss or 15-20 lb test fishing line and run it between the marker and your fender to break the bond---"saw" it back and forth like you'd use floss on your teeth and go all the way around the marker light and it should break free. It won"t mess up the paint that way. If that doesn't work, your glue must be too strong and you may have a big problem--maybe some else has an answer to that problem
good luck!
