Default Stock AP2 HID question

Hey guys,

I just recently picked up a used AP2 with only 35,000 kms on it. Anyways, I was doing some night driving and i stopped the car, it looks like the right headlight aims slightly higher then the left, is this normal???

Thanks

Yup--that's intentional, because you drive on the right side of the road. The left light is aimed lower to prevent you from blinding oncoming traffic. This is reversed in places where folks drive on the other side of the road. You'll see this in other HID-equipped cars too sometimes.

^ Just like Prolepsis said.
even the beam pattern is like this; ____/------
and this applies to most headlights, HID or Halogen

Is this something you can adjust? (i.e.: headlight alignment). I know I can probably look in the manual, but I'm lazy now.

Just picked up the car from my body shop after they replaced the headlights with new ones. Both are pointed slightly up now and the driver's side is higher.

The drivers headlight is not aimed lower. Both housings have a cutoff.

Anyway, if they are out of line, this thread will help
