Stock Head Unit

I'm getting my 02 Suzuka Blue this first/second week of April, and I'm wondering if anyone had replace the factory head unit. I'm planning to replace my head unit with an LCD and a DVD player.

i'm also wondering what you guys think of the cover over the stock headunit. is taht something that you guys don't care about or even like?
