Hello S2ki,
I am new to the forum and as bad as it is, my first post will be about my stolen Voltex Gt-Wing. I am devastated and I do not know what to do other than try to round up some fellow s2000 community members and attempt to locate the criminal and the wing. The wing was last seen when I parked the car on 1827 Cedar St., Alhambra, Ca around 12:00 AM on December 13, 2015. When I came back to drive the car around 2:11AM the same day (December 13th, 2015) the wing was missing. The wing is a Voltex Type 2, 295mm stands, and 1600mm wing. The thieves took the wing and the stands but left the brackets on my trunk. I am devastated as I have worked hard to be able to pay for that wing and I am quite shook at the fact that within the two hours I left the car, the wing was stolen. ANY help from the s2000 community would be tremendously appreciated. If anybody sees this wing please contact me immediately at (949)-885-6795.

Even if you find how you gonna proof that its yours?
It's gone.

 

I'd advise the local Voltex dealers should anyone call needing just brackets for a Voltex wing.

 

Yeah just seen it all over IG that sucks.
It has to be someone that knows you guys because regular people don’t know theres a 2k wing sitting on top of your trunk. Maybe with a dash cam you could have caught a glimpse of the guy...

Hello nice to meet you, there are little nuances on the wing that make it specifically mine. Noone else knows about these little details.

Hello, yeah it sucks. But I assumed the neighborhood was safe due to the fact that my friend parks his s2000 (aero-less) out there every night and convinced me nothing was going to happen to mine. Yeah, but then they might have broken into the car and stolen the camera too..

 

You can hide a dash/surveillance cam. And you may be able to buy one that does not store the recorded video locally.
