Default Stone chip protection

I am thinking of purchasing the clear "bra" from Xpel. Does anyone here have any other suggestions or thoughts?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...TRK%3AMESE%3AIT

I have them in stock here ... same software as xpel ... been selling / installing the bras for over 4 years now ... have them on all my cars (well most that are brand new or newer)

We use 3m clear polyurethain material to cut each kit (same as what StonGuard, Xpel etc etc ) uses

Hey Mattunh, why not just buy a black OEM bra? Just asking, cuz that's what I'm thinking of doing. I jsut bought my used Black 2001. The car is mint. EXCEPT, the stone chips in front. I'm thinking of "covering" those chips with a black bra? Bad idea?

Had one on my other car. The problem is the friction between the bra and the paint. They are a pain in the but.

i have 4 month old Blue S2K with only 1800 miles and it ALREADY has 3 sizable stone chips. Is touch-up paint really an option here ? I always seem to make it look worse than when I started.....Or does this (blue) paint just chip off too easily... I'm crying already.... also, how far up the HOOD does this plastic film extend ?? my worst 2 chips are almost 1/2 way up !!

Yes hood, front bumper, fenders and mirrors

I just started testing windshield film as well to protect from rocks, sand blasting and more pics to come this week no pricing yet as I am waiting to see if the water bubbles clears up before marketing something like this .. so far its been one day and a half and I'm pretty happy (only did half my windshield)
