"Stooked" - What does it mean?

Has the group decided what this should mean? I've got 2 definitions and I like em both.

Stooked - Beaten in a race by an S2K. As in, "You've been Stooked!" Maybe on a bumper sticker - you know.

or

Someone who is completely and totally enthralled with and involved with their S2K. As in, "You are one totally Stooked dude, man!" Rick, for example, is a totally Stooked Dude. My wife thinks I'm totally Stooked, but she has a different word for it.

Wadaya think? Which is it?
