Am I going to run in any fitment problem with StopTech BBK on my Kinesis K58 18x8 +55 & 18x9.5 +65

Thats up to the spoke design.. contact kinesis they have great customer support.

You wont being an 18''... And the rears are fine.

8''+55 is pretty strong for a stock brake kit. I mean, it's pretty tucked and not too aggressive.
I think youll need spacers. My Advan RGII 18x8'' needed a +45mm offset to clear my Stoptechs.

Sorry I cant say what size spacer youll need. It depends on the spoke design.
Do your spokes bow out much from the hub to the lip? Are they thick?

there is a thing on stoptechs website that you can download/print out and cut... and place them on your wheel to see if it'll clear or not...

ha ha yeah right I guess I have to go with something else (Brake wise) I know Spoon/Rotora mini will fit for sure
