I was at the car show yesterday and saw an 08 CR, and the under dash panel on the passenger side had a small storage nook shelf that woud seem handy.

I have an 05 and dont have this...is this a dealer part that would fit?

it started on the 06 and up, i have it and it's barely good for anything. couple of cds fit in there.

 

Anyone have a pic and what does it attach to? Barely anything is still an improvement for storage in the S.

 

do a search, I remember a thread about people wanting to install the shelf, not sure if anyone pulled it off.

Doesn't seem to be a fit on 2000-2005...and expensive.

 

i use it for pens, cds, etc.

 

Does stuff actually stay in there during spirited driving?

 

I've got a stack of cds wihout cases in there and some paperwork and never had a single thing fall out.

I do wish it had a door tho.
