The Story of Boxster Butt-head (The Novel)
#1
Once upon a time there was an S2000 with a favorite stretch of road. This patch of newly paved asphalt is a sweeping freeway on-ramp that banks left for about 2000 feet then banks right and parallels the freeway with a nice long merge lane. One day as this S2000 was about to enter his favorite "pulse raiser" a shiny new yellow Boxster decides to crawl up his tailpipe.....oooohhhhh BIG mistake!
Dropping 2 gears with pedals to the metal the S2000 and yellow Boxster get it on! But what is this? At the apex of the first turn the boxster starts dropping back...speeds approaching 90.... (no sweat for Spectre) by the right bank, Mr Boxster is lagging badly. The merge lane....no cars to be seen on the freeway.....wwwwwwhhhhhheeeeeee!
The S2000 starts to slow down to let Mr. Boxster catch up for a cordial wave. Mr. Boxster races by with his middle digit in full salute. The logo on his tail is "Boxster S". Oh the S2000 didn't like his attitude, so drop a couple of gears again and catch up to Mr Boxster. (which was no sweat) The S2000 blew him a kiss and sped away!
I think Mr. Boxster had more money than skill. The Boxster S is a formidable competitor for the S2000. Long live our 2 litre screamers!

Hey Spectre, good kill dude. Which stretch is this? Is it I80 or HWY 65? Maybe I might run into him one of these days since I will be in Roseville all next week.

hehe, BoxterS with no plaits. That would mean that it was not run in (ie. he was keeping revs 5k and no full-throttle accleleration). Also, chances are that the guy does not know the strech of the road or the car and therefore he'd slow down for a corner more than it was needed. Give him a month or two and then try it again :-)

the guy was a butt to show you the birdie and i would've ****ed with him if that happened to me, but this is in no way a kill. you can't pull on a boxster S. we're even with that car.
