on my way home from work, I was coming up behind this previous gen altima... I see a bunch of kids in the car in the back seat, donno the driver's age... but anyways, as I pull closer the one in the middle already had a middle finger stinking towards my direction before I even got there.

Is that how kids act when they are perhaps jealous?

Anyways, I got a glace at the those kids in the back... my reaction was that of laughter and sadness. I laugh cause it's funny... they actually thought that somehow would offend me. I am sad because kids like that represent the future of this country. That some how when kids are jealous, they don't go working harder for it, they just take it, steal it, what ever. sad.

Did you tell the parent/driver that their kid flipped you off? In my experience, kids do stupid things when they don't think that their parents will find out.

If the parent/driver isn't sympathetic, then you know where the real problem is...

How did you know his finger was stinking? When this is done to me I just give them a friendly wave . . . with all five fingers. Someday soon they'll do this to some unstable person who will deal with them in a not-so friendly manner.

Maybe that explains why she pulled her top up and I nearly went off the road.......
Thank God for youth!

That's what I call an early stage of "Tall-Poppy Syndrome". Absolutely disgraceful.

Oh, c'mon. Didn't you all used to kill time on the school bus by giving people the finger? It's just a kid's way of getting a rise out of people. I'm sure they could care less about what kind of car your drive.

Actually, most kids really like my car. If a kid gives me the finger, I just laugh. See, I still think it's funny, in an incredibly childish way.

BTW, Tanqueray, let me guess: you were the kid that always tattled to the teacher, right?
