Today I was driving in my Spa yellow S2K in perfect weather conditions and saw a silver S2K! I was glad to see another SK2 in SLC so I beeped twice and received a pissed off look!!! It may have been an off day for the other S2K owner but DAM!!! If you are reading this, I hope you are having a better day

Wave but don't honk your horn. Horn honking can be a little offensive.

Agreed. Just a nod could suffice IMO.

you could also flash your hi-beams first before you wave.

I guess many methods could be used (i.e. flasing high beams, waving, two honks and etc) to communicate but hopefully all should give the same result "Nice car"!!!

IRA- Good to see ya here bud! The official salute in the S2K is a peace sign which represent the V in VTEC....no horn....that's considered rude. If you see a Boxster the salute is a bit more difficult.....you now must split the center two fingers (like Spock on Star Track) and then retract the outside fingers as if you are giving someone the "bird". Trust me they know exactly what it means........

Gawd! I'm so embarrassed about my horn beeping! Before I screw up and create another embarrassing situation, somebody tell me now - do we have a secret handshake?

Shame on you for honking! Disconnect it right now and beg for forgiveness!
