I was driving my CRX around the other day after messing w/ the cam gears a bit. I was basically just doin laps around the block testintg various settings. I pulled up next to a very clean yellow s2k w/ 2 older guys in it. I looked over at him and right when I was about to ask him if he frequents our board they both pointed and laughed. I guess I was stereotyped as another fast n furious reject. I`m not really mad about but, I just think it`s funny how ignorant and narrow minded some people can be. The CRX I was in would have tore him a new a-hole going straight ot turning btw. It makes over 200 to the wheels, has no body kit, wing, stickers, etc etc. Just a 6 point cage, two seats, light chassis, and complete susp and brake upgrade. Oh well, if you read this, give OTHER Honda Enthusiasts a chance, they may surprise you.

you shoulda kicked his ass. when i drive around in my maxima, some s2k drivers don't even look when i honk and ask them to lower the window so i can toss them an S2Ki.com card.

 

It`s all good. When I`m in the s2k and I come across him again he`ll get a reminder

The last time I underestimated a car...it kicked my ass.

A civic with a GSR engine, various mods, and drag radials beat me by a car length and a half. It's a good thing I wasn't doing the shit talking, or I would have looked like a fool. I accepted the guys challenge and lost a bet of $20.00. Ha ha.

 

Did he have Blonde hair with alot of gray and was about medium build, decent size arms and laughed kinda deep. Did the passenger just set there and smile with a Spit eaten grinn, and the top was down right! The driver was wearing a light colored polo shirt with three buttons and the passenger had a dark colored one on ?................................................. ...................Then it wasn't me!

oh and gotta love the crx, they kick ass. I had one along with a 4gen civic. Some of the best front handlers out there!

 

 

As a true CRX-Si fan (I can't bring myself to get rid of my tweaked '90) I would have done something like smiled, said 'bye' and then just launched!
