The kid was actually at the bus stop, not in the bus. He looked like he was trying to shoot a basket into the car. I figure if it happens again I'll take a picture and tell him that I will give it to my cop friend. Fortunately it did not hit the paint and I have not been able to find it inside the car.

when i was a kid it was "look both ways before you cross the street." 'cause back then the street was strictly for cars and not a damn playground.

nowadays it's, "if you hit me i'll sue you." kids have no fear anymore as spanking is now child abuse. grounding is going to their rooms with laptops, flat screen tv's, and xbox360's. they are just too spoiled and have no authority figures...

god i'm in 100% agreement with you. kids these days... i'm not that old but spanking needs to not be child abuse because how else do you discipline kids. and then this grounding bs where the idea is to isolate them and make them bored, but you're isolating them in their room with all their electronics that keeps them entertained. it defeats the purpose! plus, half these kids today just wanna freakin stay in the room the whole time anyway?! and you wonder why we have childhood obesity..... lol
/end rant

Back in middle school we used to throw things out the window of the bus.

1) We threw a bouncy ball out the window and hit a cars windshield.
2) While driving by signs on the bus, we threw a battery at a sign. That was pretty loud.
3) We tied an action figure to fishing string and let it dangle out the window, bouncing off the road.
4) We threw a sandwhich in some persons yard and it was there for 2 weeks.

We have all done something on the bus. I didnt do most of those things, I was just sharing what i remember.

you said it pare, obesity is a whole 'nother can of worms that's sending these newer generations down the toilet. it's funny, you look at old army photos from world war 1/2 and everybody is bony and now everybody is a non-green incredible hulk. i remember watching an old show on nick-at-nite or something last year, it was damn amazing 'cause the guy was buying new pants and he was getting a size 27! that was fit and trim back then and now it's more like 34" we're so much fatter than yesteryear. i was at walmart the other day and being on the fat subject i noticed that maybe 90% of the people over the age of 25 was obese. i grew up in the 90s playing NES and the genesis for hours on end but the new couch potatoes really put old school gamers to shame. alright, that ends my rant...

I've never had something like this happen but when I was in high school, I used to park my S2K all the way at the end of the lot where nobody else parked just because it was an open view and I could keep an eye on it whenever I needed to. One day, I was walking to the car as school went out and I saw these two black kids jumping on the rear bumper of my S. I ran over and began yelling, "WTF are you guys doing?!" There was a GODDAM police officer watching the whole incident.
He ran over and said, "I thought you knew them or something. That's why I didn't stop them." He asked them why they were doing it and one of the guys replied, "'Cause this beaner thinks he's better than us 'cause he be drivin' a nice car." The funny thing is that I'm not even Hispanic so their racist remarks weren't hurting me.
The cop didn't do shit, though! He just said, "All right, fellas, don't do that next time, okay?" They said okay and left. I was pissed off!
The next day, my friends and I were planning on jumping those two idiots but my g/f talked us out of it. To this day, I think the only reason the cop didn't do anything to those black kids was because he, too, is black.
WTF does the fact that the kids were black have anything to do with the fact they were damaging your car? Jeez, grow UP!

I would have made a complaint about the cop who was doing nothing. Luckily, there was no damage to your car.

oh, shut up man
way to blow up something that isnt a big deal
he brought out the fact that they were African American (happy?) because he obviously thought that the reason the cop didnt do anything was because the cop himself was black to...

that may not have been the case, and the cop was a prick..but it happened, and thats how Umar interpreted it.

__

also Umar, thats one reason i would be scared to have the s2k while in highschool, im a senior right now..and i dive my 635csi instead..
im thinking i may go ahead and find a nice '01-'04 BMW 330Ci, just because it would be less of a "looker" and i wont get a lot of shit for having it
