oh well to answer the actual question..

the s2k's front side-markers are built an extension of the headlight on the side, (where the orange diffuser is).

the side "repeater" is what you're talkin about. That only lights up when you use the hazards or the blinkers.. that's not a real "sidemarker". The function is just like the benzes with their signals on the rear view mirrors. It's not a sidemarker, it's a side repeater.

but anyway, that only lights up when u signal.
