S2000s have black A-pillars,no matter what color they are from the factory.On the Silverstone and NFR AP1s i've owned,the black is thick vinyl.STUPID QUESTION-DO BERLINA BLACK S2000s have black vinyl on their a-pillars,or are the a-pillars PAINTED Berlina Black?

Question - can a colored A-pillar be vinyl taped black ???

I had a NFR '05 which had black A-pillar and now have an '08 Laguna Blue with the painted blue A-pillar.

Yes it can, check out my Vinyl Wrap thread in the Gallery - wrapped my pillar and hardtop matte black. Originally Silverstone.

Don't go to Honda, they will charge you an arm and a leg for the OEM vinyl material that comes in three pieces. Measure out how much you need and order 3M 1080 vinyl that comes in 60" widths.

To apply, cut a strip the width of the pillar to the very ends of the moldings so you have enough to tuck under the moldings. Apply blue painters tape to the moldings before you apply the vinyl so you can trim without cutting into the molding, remove tape after trim then tuck the excess under the molding for a clean look.
