Default Substitute for high temp urea grease?

I want to regrease my shifter but the oem stuff is not readily available where I am. Can I just use any high temp grease as a substitute?

molykote grease has been used, can be easier to find in parts stores, the Urea grease is only available from the dealer.

^Absolutely, plus it's cheap enough, one jar can grease a dozen shifters. Have a grease your stick meet one week end.

No homo.

Why substitute, when Honda sells what you need?
because the OEM stuff is expensive and is known to dry out all the time...
