Suggestions on best springs....drop an inch +
Hoping to drop my car by 1+ inches, enough where it is clear its NOT stock but NOT slammed to the ground. I have an 2002 s2k and will be running stock 2006 s2000 17' Rims/tire on my 02. I was wondering peoples thoughts on a nice spring which will drop the car a bit, and not create a overly harsh ride.... beside a spring swap is there anything else I need to do to the car after the swap has been made camber and alingnment speaking. Thanks..... will buy new or used and appreciate any and all advice... Thanks
Tein S-Techs 1" drop very nice ride i used to have these and had no problems with them
Espelir ASD's are a 1.3" drop which are the srpings i just ordered so i dont know how they feel. but from most memebers on the forum they seem to like them

i got the eibach prokit (stock shocks) with 17's about 4 months ago. it drops the car an inch front and back. its great for me because my S is my daily driver so i didnt want anything slammed. however, if the S was my weekend car and i had a different car for a daily driver, i would have gone with something like espelir springs (1.5") with 18 inch wheels. when i went to get my eibach/17's combo aligned at honda, the honda tech asked me if i got a camber kit along with the springs. i told him no, and that people that lower their S2000's usually don't need one since you can adjust camber settings on the S. he told me he was unable to get the alignment back to stock specs and that it would remain off until i got a camber kit. so apparently my alignment has been off for 4 months. whatever...it rides great and there's no sign of uneven treadwear.....yet.

Try some KG/MM made in Japan and they make a race and sport version. I think sport version is 1.2 inch drop.
