Maybe if you have to drive in a suit, cutting off the pant legs and loosening your tie will help. Unless you're talking about your birthday suit. If that's the attire, I wouldn't attempt either of these suggestions.

use a hanger that has a hook that swivels....and rest it as much as possible against the seat....basically it will sit in the back outside corner...it will cover very minimal window ....i've honestly never experienced any problem with this method....works for me
