Default supercharged S2000 on ebay-not selling

How much would YOU pay for this vortech supercharged 2002 S2000 with 3200 miles? Why isn't it getting bids? I think it's a good deal, but I'm not ready to buy one yet.

How long ago was the s/c installed? I'm sure proper break-in period is all but non-existent when adding an aftermarket supercharger. All those questions aside about reliability, I would have jumped on this personally considering I bought mine, used as well, 2002, with 7,000 MORE miles on it, for almost $2k more. Yes I know I was stupid with my purchase, but theres no turning back now. Anyways, about the only advantages I have over this is a 7yr/100k factory warranty and Spa Yellow (a personal advantage). Just my $.02....

Assuming it does not sell, do you think 27k flat is a good price for it?

27k STOCK is a fair price for it, so yes.

I think the price is quite reasonable (for a change!), especially considering he also has springs, the bra, etc. There may be no bids for a few reasons: 1) The guy has few auctions under his belt, and they are low-priced at that, so people may be more cautious, 2) The high price of $5000 to serve as an immediate reserve at the end of auction is a tad high, which could be considered scamming material, 3) Good deals tend to scare people away thinking it HAS to be a scam.

i agree with the posts concering the high deposit, and i agree about it "looking" to be to good of a deal.

i saw the auction a few days ago, and was really surprised to see that it did not go anywhere. that is one deal that i would want to transact through a used car dealer. they might charge a few hundred $$, but considering that the price appears to be completely reasonable, it would be feasible.

He's a member on this board and his ID is: ROX.

This is no scam....he bought his SC from the same guy I did at the same time. Also by adding a SC this has no impact on the engine breakin.....

This is a GREAT price!!! If I didnt already have one I would have bought this....
