Will comptech be coming out with a newer version of its supercharger anytime soon?

Just to let all of you who have or are getting the comptech supercharger know, comptech is working on a higher boost upgrade for the SC. Thats what they said in the e-mail they sent me today.

 

that's the answer to the question i've been looking for. i figured that comptech would try to increase the boost

 

Did they say if existing owners will have an upgrade option?

When I talked to them 3-4 weeks ago the boost upgrade was on hold, and it was actually being tested on the NSX kit without positive results. I guess if they get it working on the NSX they would then just duplicate the setup. I wonder if they've taken it off the back-burner. Sounds interesting.

We may develop a high boost kit for the S2000 in the future, but as for right now, our technicians are overwhelmed with other new products under development. Check back on our site for any updates for the kit.

Yes, you will be able to upgrade the S/C Kit if we come out with a High Boost Kit.



So it sounds like they will be coming out with it, just not in the immediate future.
