It all depends on how good you launch and shift.

Oh my thats high twelves at sea level.....very nice. I Don't think the mag numbers really do the s/c justice. From what i heard it really is a big difference with the s/c.

Those numbers are good. I've never read the mag comparisons with 1/4 times. But if you think about it, it really does make sense. The 1/4 mile gives the F20C's engine a chance to build up and with the SC, the car turns into a monster.

For 0-60, you have to wait until around 30 MPH to get to VTEC land, which means that the SC only has 30 MPH to make any difference. 0.1 sec is a significant difference from 30-60.

Side Note: the remark "the F20C's engine" is incorrect, the statment should read "the F20C" since it is the engine and the F20C doesn't have an engine it's self. I apologize for the grammar error. I just wanted to point it out before I get flammed.

So you are saying that the SC makes a difference around 4000 RPMs?

xviper, with your 4.44's you must get to 4000 RPMs pretty quickly. That must make a load of difference!

Got ya. So the SC and 4.44 is the way to go. Maybe when I have an extra $7000 laying around I will get the mods. I just don't have the money right now. I am in the process of saving up for another beater. Anybody want to buy a black on black 94 Honda Civic EX Coupe 5 Speed for $1000?
