Suspension ?
I put on espelir springs with my 18" volk gt-c's. Tires are 225 40 18f 245 35 18 r. There is less than a finger between the tire and the fender on the the front and rear driver's side, a little more on passenger rear, and 2 fingers on that front side. The front driver's side is rubbing on almost every bump. I'm wondering if the ground control adjustable sleeves would work to tweak the height properly, or if there is a better solution.
raise your car up dude.. or get wheels that fit (i hate everyone that supports the placement of 18 inch volk wheels with incorrect offsets on the s2000 with multiple passions.. higher offsets rays, higher offsets) or u could roll ur fenders.. or get a really shitty alignment that keeps you tucked under.. have fun
Thanks for the informative answer.
I was wondering if anyone used the adjustable sleeves without the ground control supplied springs. The espelirs dumped my car much lower then they advertised, thats the prob. BTW even my stock front rim rubbed . . .

no prob glad to be of service.. sorry i've never tried the gc setup.. i know they come with eibachs but i don't know if u can use just the sleeves with other spring brands.. u sound like u have a serious problem tho.. it went from being one of your volks (notoriously known for rubbing s2000 fenders) rubbing to a situation in which even your 16 or 17 inch stockers (u running 2004? or older?) were rubbing with these springs.. either they gave u three correct springs and a fourth that is not made for our car or else u need an alignment badly bro.. if your stock rim rubbed u need alignment badly.. badly
hell.. you should make sure you don't have a damaged/broken/bent/warped suspension component as well

I just put them on, and I don't think an alignment is going to do it alone. I'm waiting to get one until I think I have my car level. I've used GC stuff in the past, I had the coilovers on my VR-4, and it worked pretty well, I was just wondering if the Espelir are long/short enough to work properly with the sleeve kit.

Ok, found my problem. When I had my car in the shop, the dumba$$es bent the tab that attaches the fender to the lining. It was pushed staright down and they enlarged the hole that the clip goes into. They bent the tab thru the hole to hold up the fender lining. This thing was pointing straight down on top of my tire!? I bent it back to normal and the car drives fine now. There is still the height difference however. J&J autobody in Waldwick NJ owes me a bj for the s**t they put me thru
