Just go with whats cheaper. GC with Yellows is a good setup, of course for Track the Tein Felx will offer you more controle and flexability.

Just get a set of quality springs and good shocks if all you want is comfort and the lowered aggressive look. Coilovers are going to be a waste of money if you aren't planning on adjusting the height of the car in the future. You will most likely never adjust the height of your car if you get coilovers.

I had almost the same question, I am deciding between the two. I have a few questions myself..

These will both handle better than stock? Which will handle better in a twisty road/auto x situation?

Will these both last long? Coils usually need new springs or to be rebuilt after so many miles, correct?

Thanks

Get Ground Control and Koni.
You can have the springs tailored to your needs.

I just got a set of Koni's with ground control. I too was just looking for something to lower the car, I dont track the car. For the price, the Koni GC combo cant be beat. It gives you a high quality shock, with adjustability, and you get a high quality spring (Eibach), with the heigh adjustability. And like others mentioned, you can choose the springs rates to your taste. I went with 380 front and 340 rear.

For those asking if they handle better than stock, I think so. I went with the height adjustability because I wanted to have the height exactly to what I want, with springs your stuck with what you get.

As for replacement, the Koni's have a lifetime warranty. Springs, well im not sure but I dont think Eibachs go bad.

Also, if you go with just springs, your going to wear your shocks down quickly due to the higher spring rate which the stock shocks are not valved for, so might as well do it all at once and get the shocks and springs/GC or coilovers.
