I bought my 01 s2k used, with aftermarket 18" wheels and tires on it. The car looks lower, but I cant tell if its an illusion caused by the larger wheels. The wheel gap around the tire is smaller than stock. So, how could I tell if the car is lowered, or the wheels are just a larger overall diameter?

What are the tire sizes?

 

Look at the suspension. See if there are aftermarket springs and/or shocks.
