This is a long discussion. How much do you want to spend?
Koni yellows are going to be your most affordable shock option. But youre not going to see a huge time difference on shocks. Tires and lower swaybar are your big points, plus brake pads.
There are really only 3 sway bars that I would consider. Comptech, Gendron and Saner. The Comptech and Gendron are easiest to get. The comptech is a bit more but once your over that $600 mark +/- $50 doesnt make much of a difference.
If you havent taken the evolution driving school I would suggest doing this before you do any major mods to the car. I would probably do the swaybar first, race a while, take a school, race more, buy R compounds your second season, then shocks at some point after that.

so the koni yellow is not as good as the stock shocks??
i heard about injecting thicker oil into the shocks to add stiffness, is that true? any pro or cons?

Also not many people seem not to consider Double adjustable Konis, which cost around $350-400 per corner..
