you will get more helpful reply's if you post this question in the Racing and Competition forum. Your question is also fairly general. What type of racing are you doing and and the Coilover's you plan to use might also be useful.
I don't think you'll get any intelligent or easy answers. The actual "best" damping settings are going to be driver, suspension mod, tire and track dependent. The best thing is to get a friend with a stopwatch and a log book and test and tune at the track. Suspension settings are always a compromise, and it takes a lot of work to really dial in the car.
