Well, I noticed a difference with a upper strut bar alone. Steering felt a little more stable. Then after adding the lower brace, she now steers great! I can corner with the greatest confidence. Without the bars, I was a very sketchy in the turns, and would even wuss out on Freeway sweepers and carrousels, but those days are over now...

I'm curious about anti-sway bars as well. The car is already so balanced that a nice set of coilovers should do the trick to flatten it out. I guess I'll have to drive a swaybar'd car to find out, right Boosted?

there's already a beefy crossbrace right in front of the engine that ties the shock towers togehter.

another small STB is not going to make a difference. It is all in your head; a psychological thing to make you feel better about your purchase. college profs call it cognitive dissonance.

since we're on the topic of chassis stiffening, has anyone noticed a considerable difference with the underbody crossbrace? some people say it helps and some say it doesn't.
I didn't notice a thing, but it was the last of: coilovers, STB, Front SWAY bar, X-Brace, and a few other things to go on my old S.

but again, the most bang for the buck suspension setup after tires are sway bar, in this case, you want a beefier front bar.
actually, I would have to disagree. I personally think the most bang for your buck suspension mod (and one which will give you the most satisfaction), is a proper custom alignment
