hey guys, my brother just left the country because of work and he left me his 2007 s2000. i am thinking about trading-in the s2000 for a little more practical car such as bmw 335 coupe. i have saved up some money during the summer so i can almost afford the bmw. what do you guys think? no offense s2000 is very nice but it's just not that practical in winter and stuff and i am always scared of it being stolen haha

 

LOL, I think they would want to steal a BMW rather than an S2000.

 

do what ever u want if u think u are happy with it.
But just don't be regret after u done this.

 

If it wasn't your S2000 that you've picked out, you may be happier with the 335. Most people would be (for a daily driver).

 

if i were you i would keep it.. 07 S2k.. still pretty new. and besides the street is flooded with bmw's.. especially 3 series these days, even the coupe.

3 series is not way more practical than s2k. if you want practicallity get an SUV or something... 4 door sedan. Roadster is ROADster! nuff said

 

buy it when you can afford it, not when you can "almost afford it"

 

keep the s2000, buy a winter beater!

 

I thought about the two, but with the deals on the 07 S now, I couldn't afford the additional $10K for the 3-series. Now if the 1-series were out, I would have definitely thought harder about a 135i...

 

throw some gears in that bad boy and you'll be happy with it

 

I think that you will love the 335 Coupe, however, don't expect it to REPLACE the S2000. I've been there and done that already and I'm back.
