Default Synthetic Oil

I use Mobile synthetic oil on my S2K, but my friend told me that once I run on synthetic I can't go back on non-synthetic oil. Is that true? What will happen if I use non-synthetic oil onthe next oil change? Thanks a bunch

Putting synthetic into your car isn't like getting married. You can go back to your old squeeze anytime you like.

Only use 10W30 in the S2000. So what if your buddies use 5W30...Honda Engineers say to use 10W30 in the S2000 nothing else. I think they know more than what your buddies do

Like I said, I use 5W30 only in winter where I can get close to -40 degrees overnight. If you have cold winters, this won't hurt but you should certainly be using 10W30 for NON-winter application.

I bought Mobil 1 5-30W by accident. First time change oil on my S2K, but I think that I should change to 10-30 since Sacramento CA is not too cold in the winter.
