I've heard both Invidia and the 70R. From what I have experienced with the T1R 70R is quieter than the Invidia until WOT. Also, the sound of the 70R is much tighter compared to the Invidia dual.
The Invidia sound gets annoying. The t1r 70r sounds like a real racecar.

Apart from BHP figures, what about loudness. Is it quiter then the J's 70RR, Does it come with a silencer for the daily driven S ?

I am also conisdering this I/H/E combo.

Thanks
AJ Racing said that the T1R is much quieter than the J's 70RR. Thats the reason I'm not getting the J's aside from price. Personnally I think the J's is the best performing exhaust for the S2000, but figure in sound and price, the T1R probably has the best value for a street driven S2000.

I just received the "coldbox" intake and I'm trying to decide on an exhaust. I'm stuck b/w Comptech and AJ Racing. Comptech comes highly recommended. Comptech claims you get 7-10whp gain w/ their intake and exhaust. Sorry, I know this is a T1R chat session and I brought up Comptech.

Choose whichever one you like. T1r is quality and so is Comptech. Looks wise, I like the t1r better. I believe the t1r is less weight as well.

I think the Comptech piece is really nice, but to be honest, the gains you get from Comptech I/E you would get from just exhaust if you bought the T1R.

I've had the T1r 70mm for a few weeks now. And loving it. Nice sound, not too loud, and quiet on the highway. I dynoed my car this past weekend. Injen CAI and T1r 70mm. Made 209whp and 143wtq. Now all I gotta do is save up for the J's header and get the car tuned.

I posted this on another thread but thought it would be fitting to post it here as well.

I've hosted a bunch of sound/video clips that I've scavenged around the forums:

Revving
Revving w/ Silencer
Revving #2
Sound Clip of Driving
Fly-by on Track
Fly-by on Track #2

This should give you a good idea of what it sounds like.

I'm getting mine installed on Saturday
